Sisu Partners advised the owners of Silmäsairaala Valo in the sale of the company to Silmäasema

Silmäasema Oy has acquired the entire share capital of Silmäsairaala Valo Oy. Silmäsairaala Valo is a leading specialist in opthalmology, and its professionals are highly renowned especially within glaucoma and corneal treatments, vitreoretinal and refractive surgery. Silmäsairaala Valo was founded in 2016, and is providing eye care services in Helsinki and Kouvola.

Silmäasema is the largest eye health and optical retail operator in Finland, with ca. 160 optical stores and ophthalmologist centres, 18 private eye hospitals and seven providers of public eye health services across the country.
