Sisu Partners advised the owners of Aste Helsinki in the sale of the company to Eniro Group

Eniro Group AB (publ) has acquired and all shares in Aste Helsinki (Aste Holding Oy). Aste Helsinki is a marketing and media partner that combines creative design, multichannel production and technology solutions into a seamless offering across different channels. The company’s largest customer groups include media companies, retailers, telecom operators, as well as organisations and associations.

The acquisition complements Eniro Group’s existing Finnish operations by adding capacity and relationships in the segment, alongside Eniro Group’s strong position among small and medium-sized enterprises.
