Sisu Partners advised the owners of Antell in the sale of the restaurant business to Sodexo

Sodexo has acquired the restaurant business of Katri Antell Oy. Antell is a Finnish family-owned company and operator of lunch and staff restaurant services, operating nationwide in around 60 restaurants across Finland, with strong presence in key cities such as Oulu, Turku, Tampere, Kuopio and the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Sodexo is a French multinational provider of food services and facilities management, offering catering, reception, maintenance, and cleaning services across corporate, healthcare, education, and government sites in more than 40 countries. Sodexo is one of the largest restaurant operators in Finland, with nearly 200 restaurants across the country.
