Sisu Partners advised owners of Recuror on the sale of the company to Terveystalo

Terveystalo has entered into an agreement on 30.5.2025 to acquire the entire share capital of Recuror Oy. The transaction will strengthen Terveystalo’s mental health service offering particularly in Turku and Helsinki, as well as nationwide via digital channels.

Founded in 2021, Recuror is a company specializing in providing psychiatric services and is a pioneer in neuromodulation treatments used to treat depression and chronic pain. Recuror generated net sales of €2.5m in 2024. Sisu Partners acted as the financial adviser to the owners of Recuror Oy.
