Sisu Partners advised FCG in the acquisition of GeoPro Consulting

FCG Rakennettu Ympäristö Oy has acquired the entire share capital of GeoPro Consulting Oy, a Finnish specialist consultancy providing expert and design services within geotechnical and foundation engineering. GeoPro is recognized for its geotechnical design expertise and has a track record in demanding infrastructure projects across Finland.

The acquisition strengthens FCG’s position as a full-service design and engineering consultancy and significantly deepens its geotechnical engineering and foundation design capabilities across Finland. The combination establishes FCG as one of Finland’s largest and leading geotechnical engineering consultancies.
