Sisu Partners acted as the financial advisor to Edita Group in the divestment of selected learning material assets of Edita Oppiminen Oy to Sanoma Pro

Edita Group decided to discontinue the learning material business of its subsidiary Edita Oppiminen Oy. The publishing rights to learning materials for secondary and vocational education were divested to Sanoma Pro. The divested product portfolio complemented Sanoma Pro’s learning offering in Finland and supported Sanoma’s strategy to grow its learning business in lower and upper secondary schools.
