Jukka is Chairman and Partner at Sisu Partners and co-founded the firm in 2014. He advises clients on transactions, ownership, M&A strategy, financing, capital arrangements, and valuations. With more than 32 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and financing, he has led numerous cross-border transactions across industries such as healthcare, technology, the circular economy, B2B services, retail, defence, renewable energy, and industrial businesses.

Jukka is valued as a highly professional, target-oriented advisor and negotiator who can develop out-of-the-box solutions when required. He combines a deep strategic approach with strong financial and analytical skills. Clients regard him as pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a focus on adding value and achieving their goals. Jukka is known for his down-to-earth personality and adaptability, and he maintains a constructive atmosphere even in challenging, complex situations.

In addition, Jukka is an experienced board professional, both as a chairman and a member, with a key focus on business and ownership strategy and on shareholder value creation.

Jukka holds an MSc in Economics (Finance) from the Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto University). Before co-founding Sisu Partners, he spent 15 years at CapMan Buyout, including 11 years as a Partner. Earlier in his career, he worked in banking and corporate financing roles.

Outside of work, Jukka enjoys spending time with his daughters and engages in sports and music, especially basketball and a cappella singing.

Juha is a Partner at Sisu Partners and has been with the firm since its establishment in 2014. He has over 37 years of experience in investment banking and is one of the most experienced advisors in the Finnish market.

Over the course of his career, Juha has advised on hundreds of transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, IPOs, equity financings, strategic assignments, and valuations. He has strong experience in industries such as pulp and paper, retail, technology and machinery, as well as broader exposure across the Finnish and Nordic corporate landscape. Clients value Juha for his deep understanding of valuation, transaction dynamics, and capital markets, combined with a calm but determined approach that helps guide complex situations toward clear outcomes.

Before founding Sisu Partners, Juha served as CEO of Aventum Partners and later as Chairman of the Board. Before that, he worked at Mandatum from its establishment in 1992, including as CEO from 1999–2003. Earlier in his career, Juha worked in the equity issues department at Suomen Yhdyspankki.

Juha holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Jyväskylä and is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) from Hanken School of Economics.

Outside of work, Juha is an enthusiastic athlete and competes in swimming and rowing in the masters’ series.

Jori-Pekka, also known as “Jörre”, is Managing Partner at Sisu Partners. He joined the firm in 2019 and has worked in corporate finance since 2013. Jörre advises clients on sell- and buy-side transactions, First North IPOs, capital raisings, debt, and M&A strategy engagements. In addition, he assists selected publicly listed companies with Certified Adviser services for Sisu's First North-listed clients.

He has extensive experience working with publicly listed and privately owned companies, entrepreneurs, and professional investors. His client work spans a wide range of industries, including technology, food products, consumer goods, construction, circular economy, healthcare, and business services.

Jörre is known for his fast problem-solving skills and pragmatic, can-do mindset. He focuses on finding efficient solutions when challenges arise, and plays an active role in developing Sisu Partners’ internal processes and supporting colleagues in their professional development.

He holds an MSc in Economics (Finance) from Hanken School of Economics. Before joining Sisu Partners, Jörre worked at Summa Capital, ALM Partners, and Aktia Bank Abp. He is fluent in English and fully bilingual in Finnish and Swedish, and has extensive experience working with English- and Swedish-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Outside of work, Jörre enjoys reading, exercising, composing and playing music, and spending time with his family.

Lennart is a Director at Sisu Partners, having joined the firm in 2024. He advises owners, boards, and management teams on both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and broader strategic matters, often in cross-border contexts between Finland and Sweden.

Lennart has deep experience across the industrials, technology, and business services sectors. With significant exposure to private equity and buy-and-build strategies, he works closely with entrepreneurs, family owners, senior executives, and long-term investors. These assignments demand careful judgment and discretion, and he provides steady leadership in demanding transactions. He is known for his structured approach and calm manner, and for driving complex processes to completion.

Before joining Sisu Partners, Lennart held senior M&A and investment roles in leading Nordic private equity and industrial groups. These included DevCo Partners, Relais Group, and Ahlsell Group, where he operated across both sponsor-owned and listed environments. Earlier, he began his career in investment banking at Carner Corporate Finance. There, he advised corporates, entrepreneurs, and financial sponsors on domestic and international transactions.

Lennart holds a BSc in Finance from Hanken School of Economics and is fluent in Swedish, Finnish, and English.

Outside of work, Lennart prioritizes family time and enjoys endurance sports such as cross-country skiing and running.

Emil joined Sisu Partners in 2018 as an Analyst Intern and is currently a Director. He advises clients on M&A transactions, IPOs, capital raising assignments, and valuation and fairness opinion engagements. His experience spans a broad range of industries, from traditional printing services to high-tech growth companies.

With a strong execution focus, Emil is known for driving transactions forward efficiently and without unnecessary complexity. He applies a structured, hands-on approach to advisory work, combining clear communication with pragmatic decision-making. Clients particularly value his ability to stay composed under pressure and take full ownership of assignments from initial discussions through to closing.

Emil holds an MSc in Economics (Finance) from Hanken School of Economics and is bilingual in Finnish and Swedish.

Outside of work, Emil enjoys spending time with family and friends. His interests include playing and following Dota 2, staying active through various sports, and listening to rap music, audiobooks, and podcasts.

Miika is a Director at Sisu Partners and has been with the firm since 2018. He advises clients on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, IPOs, and fairness opinion engagements, often in international contexts. His experience spans a range of industries, including the circular economy, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, defence, and technology.

With strong hands-on experience in managing and coordinating complex transaction processes, Miika is valued by clients for his clear communication, calm approach, and ability to take responsibility for assignments from start to finish. He is known for his attention to detail, structured execution, and solution-focused mindset, particularly in processes involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

Miika holds an MSc in Economics (Finance) from Hanken School of Economics. Before joining Sisu Partners, he gained early international exposure in investment banking in Frankfurt. Bilingual in Finnish and Swedish, Miika originates from Central Ostrobothnia on Finland’s west coast. This background supports his work with Swedish-speaking clients in Finland and in various cross-border situations.

Outside of work, Miika has a background in music and enjoys spending time with his family.

Sebastian joined Sisu Partners in 2022 as an Analyst Intern and is currently an Associate. He advises clients on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, IPOs, and valuation and fairness opinion engagements. His experience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, technology, the circular economy, and professional services.

With a proactive approach and experience across a wide range of transactions, Sebastian is known for his diligence, ability to perform under pressure, and strong execution skills. He brings a composed mindset to transaction processes, and clients value his reliability, clear communication, and structured, solution-oriented approach.

Sebastian holds an MSc in Economics (Finance) from Hanken School of Economics and is bilingual in Finnish and Swedish. Before joining Sisu Partners, he gained experience in management consulting at KPMG Global Strategy Group.

With a background in competitive ice hockey, he maintains an active lifestyle through sports activities, including golf and padel. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.

Patrik is an Associate at Sisu Partners and has been with the firm since 2023. He advises clients on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, IPOs, and fairness opinion engagements, often in international contexts.

With strong hands-on experience in transaction execution, Patrik is valued by clients for his clear communication, calm and pragmatic approach, and ability to take responsibility for assignments from start to finish. He is known for his proactive communication towards clients, structured execution, and solution-focused mindset.

Patrik holds an MSc in Economics (Finance) from Hanken School of Economics. Before joining Sisu Partners, he worked in the M&A team at Lindström Group, completing both sell-side and buy-side transactions with exposure to international markets. Bilingual in Finnish and Swedish, Patrik supports clients in Finland and in cross-border situations.

Outside of work, Patrik values spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys a variety of sports and spending time outdoors, including hunting.
