Sisu Partners advised Machinery Group Oy with the sale of Amo Oy’s shares to Bergsala Holding AB.
Amo is specialised in the import, marketing, and wholesales of toys and games in Finland. The transaction includes also Amo’s 33.3% stake in Amo Toys Scandinavia A/S.
The position requires full-time employment for January-May 2017. Summer 2017 extension (June-August) is a further possibility, to be agreed separately.
